Life is simple. Though its demands strenuous, its tasks numerous, life is simple. It’s as if our heart’s inner core serves as a reserve, to a simplistic life we knowingly long for, yet have forgotten its ways. While our minds long for quiet, our psyches wane with the over stimulation of sensory experience. Our souls crave the nourishment of divine encounter, yet void fills the inner caverns of our being. The aesthetic of the eye is naturally attracted to the common attributes of good will and intention, however, the influences that surround our lives at the current moment, offer few, if any sources of respect or respite. What gives? The human will to achieve balance between these opposites appears ineffectual in its effort, and if the human being, in his/her own capacity, is unable to acquire balance, can an outside source be relied upon to help navigate such rough terrain?

"The first step in seeking to produce results by any power is to contact that power. . . .

"The second step is to turn it on. . . .

"The third step is to believe that this power is coming into use and to accept it by faith. No matter how much we ask for something it becomes ours only as we accept it and give thanks for it."

The Healing Light, pg 3, Introduction

Simply stated, simply practiced, the teachings of Agnes Sanford offer a simple approach to a God whose very nature is simple. Transformative power, obtained not through tradition or dogma, but through harmony with God; direct contact with the life of God that dwells in the core of each and every one of us. Once contact is achieved, nothing further is advised, then to open the door of our hearts, so that He may enter into the void of our being and re-make our lives. Right here, right now. There is no need to wait, hope, or endure. Contact. Connect. Believe.

You Wont Relent-Jesus Culture

No matter what path or course we are currently on, there is always an opening toward the path of SURRENDER. A wounded heart, a restless mind, fatigued body, a resentful soul. Our Father, relentless in his pursuit of us, knocks at the door of our core, and asks to be our host. Lord of hosts, be our host.
